Who We Are
Pure Vantage Group provides independent living shared housing for adults who are fully capable of living on their own. Our homes are professionally managed with clear expectations, transparent house rules, and respectful environments designed to support housing stability.
We are not a treatment program. We are not a shelter. We are a housing provider — focused on offering clean, affordable, and well-maintained shared living spaces in the Hampton Roads region.
Our mission is to provide safe, clean, and professionally managed independent living shared housing for adults who are able to live independently, supporting housing stability through clear expectations and responsible management.

Where We Operate
Our homes are located in stable, accessible neighborhoods across the Hampton Roads region. Proximity to public transit, grocery stores, and community resources is a priority in all of our properties.
Housing Options
All rooms are neutrally furnished, regularly maintained, and held to a clear standard of cleanliness. We offer two room configurations across our properties.
Designed specifically for veteran residents. Structured, adult, and neutral — focused on dignity and independence. No military themes. No programs. Just housing.
Rooms include a bed, desk, lamp, and personal storage. Shared rooms include a practical divider between sleeping areas for privacy.
Private and shared room options for independent adults. Clean, calm, and professionally managed with consistent house rules and respectful communal areas.
SSI and SSDI recipients are welcome. Residents must be able to live independently and manage their own daily activities without supervision.
We work with a range of payment types to make housing accessible to adults who need stable, affordable living situations in the Hampton Roads area.

What's Included
Every room includes a core set of household essentials that are regularly restocked. This keeps our shared homes clean, functional, and livable without requiring residents to coordinate over basics.
Payment & Eligibility
We accept a range of income sources because stable housing should be within reach for every independent adult. Research from the National Low Income Housing Coalition confirms that housing affordability remains a critical barrier for adults on fixed incomes — our model is designed to address that directly.
Supplemental Security Income is accepted. We work with applicants to identify room options within reach of their monthly benefit.
Social Security Disability Insurance recipients are welcome to apply. Both shared and private room options are available.
VA housing stipends, HUD-VASH vouchers, and other veteran housing benefits are accepted at our veteran-designated properties.
Private pay options are available. Contact us directly for current room rates and availability in your preferred area.
Community Standards
All residents are required to sign and adhere to our house rules prior to move-in. These standards exist to protect every resident's right to a safe, clean, and stable living environment.
